Myrtle Beach Summer Jerk Festival – Vendor Information

Join us for the highly anticipated Summer Jerk Festival, where we celebrate the bold flavors and vibrant culture of Jamaican jerk cooking! This is a fenced-in, family-friendly event filled with food, fun, and community.

• Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.
   
• All applicants must submit at least two photos of the art, craft, or products to be sold.
   
• No application will be accepted without completed forms, required photos, and full payment.
   
• If not approved, your payment will not be processed and will be returned.
   
• Once approved, there are NO REFUNDS for any reason.
   
• The application deadline is June 5, 2025, or until all vendor spaces are filled.
   
• Confirmation will be sent via email or mail upon approval.
   
• Approved vendors will receive a Welcome Packet with further instructions.
   

We aim to showcase high-quality, original work. We reserve the right to remove any unscreened, poor-quality, inappropriate, or mass-manufactured items.
To maintain variety, we will limit vendors selling similar items.

Only approved food vendors may sell consumable items (food, drinks, baked goods, etc.). Unauthorized sales of food items will result in shutdown.

We encourage all vendors to demonstrate their craft during the festival to engage attendees and increase visibility.

• Electricity is not provided.
   
• Generators are allowed.
   
• Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, and weather protection.
   
• A tent with a covered top is strongly recommended.
   

• Setup: Sunday, June 29, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
   
• All vehicles must exit the festival area by 12:00 PM. Late arrivals may forfeit their space.
   
• Breakdown begins at 9:00 PM, after pedestrian traffic clears. Early breakdown is not permitted.
   
• Vehicles are not allowed in the event area until officially permitted.
   

All vendors will be assigned a 10x10 space. If additional space is needed, you may purchase extra. Tents must be properly weighed down. Staff will be available to assist with setup questions.

Vendors must leave their area clean and dispose of trash in the provided bins.

• Kirky Entertainment and Event Planning reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
   
• Vendors not adhering to festival rules may be removed without refund.
   
• All vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting SC sales tax and hospitality fees as required by law.
   
• Vendors without a City of Myrtle Beach Business License must submit a Hospitality Account Application.

Vendors who are accepted but fail to attend without a 48-hour written notice may be disqualified from future events hosted by K.E.E.P.
